Hello !!

Received my GCMS notes today, there is just one change wrt. the GCMS notes received on 17-July.

The only change is on On page-3, under Group Name:

Group#: 2-TRG34LC
Name: CN COVID PACE
Status: In Progress
Type: PR-Other

The rest of the status is same

Eligibility: Passed
Security:
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs: Cancelled
Final:

Almost 4 months now and no movement. Thoughts of folks in the same situation?

@legalfalcon could you please share your take on the application. Thank you!

Warm Regards,
AJ
Category: CEC
Submission Date - 31-Dec-2019
Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office: CPC Edmonton

Everything looks good and your security is in progress or may even may have been completed. Security is always redacted in the GCMS notes and that is why it is blank on page 2.

You will just have to wait. A lot of applicants you have CN COVID PACE, their applications are just pending.

Hi, I have a PR application which is already in process and I am in the same boat as you guys. It's waiting on final decision due to travel restrictions for USA.

Recently I got PPR for the Temporary Work Visa which my employer filed and the letter mentions "We require your passport to finalize your application. Please provide your passport with a copy of this letter.....".

Now I don't know if I should submit just my passport only or for the whole family (mine, spouse and USA born child). If I submit just mine then how would the family travel? Thanks

Curious about the work visa. How long did it take from filling to PPR on your visa?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info, even my PQ is same as yours still waiting for the update, looks like many people are waiting for copr for inland applications.
"BTW, PQ 9515 is the code for COPR Printing Queue for Ottawa Office as Ottawa's Vo code is RC 9515" What really matter is the document no.; lastly the COPR No. " T602853800" was received on 2020/09/30 by an applicant. Compare yours with this document no. u may get an idea how long you will have to wait.

I have received GCMS, please help me understand what this means in the Notes 1 "applicant doesn't reside in CAD, file pending further verification"

I have never been to Canada and never told them that I've been to Canada or am in Canada, also see notes 2 & 3

These are the officer’s code name and the due date is the date when the file will be looked at again.

Received gcms noted today.
Added to CN COVID PACE with sub category as Pending findec.
@legalfalcon is this group generic info group for ircc or something else? Because everything in my country is open like vfs, flights etc.

This is the assignment of application to an officer and it is their badge numbers. The due date is a system generated date to help remind the officer that the application is pending. Most applications are processed way before it and some keep on lingering way past the due date.

Most applicants who have this have their application on hold. However, it is yet to be seen if it has any significant impact on when a decision is made.

Yes that means after printing and issuing these much of COPR’s our file will be picked and we will get our COPR. Mine is 70*** i.e. I will get it after you.

it’s been only a week when that copr no. was issued. Also, we dun know how much they print in a day or a week so that we can estimate when we will get ours. My best guess would be a month or 2.

My code is RC 9515 but the printing queue is at the Vancouver Imm (BC1). My COPR was created in June and has last 5 ending numbers as 282**. Still waiting...
