Hello,
question: is the processing bar something that really works or is it only an automatical counter and it doesn't tell anything about the progression?
I'm asking this because at the beginning of February my security check had not started yet (ircc agent told me this), today I had the news that the security check has not started but the processing bar is going on, so... what is happening actually at present?

ITA: Nov 30, 2019
AOR: Dec 25, 2019
Medical Passed: Jan 16, 2020
Biometrics: Jan 24, 2020
Background check passed: Jan 28, 2020 (source: IRCC call center)
@Jurafsky I am not an expert but based on other threads I've read in this forum as well as my application, I think the BAR is a reflection of time that has passed and not an indication of how far your application has reached. I got an ADR on February 11, but my bar kept on progressing. My colleague got his PPR when his bar was around 70% and it didn't reach 100% until after they issued the PR Visa and his passport was on it's way back to him.

Can anyone give insight on AORs who are currently receiving PPRs?

I wonder if anyone in December has received a PPR.

Hey there. There are few PPR given to December and even one in January. I myself am a January 3rd AOR. You can check all that on myimmitracker.com . Very simple to use and gives you a pretty cool idea of the whole process. It allows you also to be prepared in case of any ADR or problem as many ppl post the evolution of their status with lots of details. Good luck.

Hello everyone,

I received my AOR on Dec 1, 2019 and I have applied for the PR from USA, but I have to go back to India. Do I have to inform IRCC about the location change? If yes, how do I inform IRCC and will that delay my application processing? Please advise @legalfalcon.

So what you are trying to tell is that people with AOR received in December 2019 started to receive PPR. Because in different forum i saw a GCMS reports saying that they are issuing PPR AOR received from 11 sept to dec 7 2019.
