I am a Inland applicant and by AR means you sent your file in Courier on DEC 05 or you received the link to attach your application in CIC account.

I was asked to link my paper application to online on feb 28, 2019

Yes my application was a provincial nomination. AINP to be precise.

No not yet. I am not following what the status in my account anymore because when I contacted our MP , he said all my verifications is now complete that my application is awaiting final decision.
Still yet the background and eligibility status in my account says we are processing it.

mine Is June 2020 as well but I am not sure if it would take up to that.
I see some people getting PPR within 9 months under paper based application
