I feel you got my pre arrival on oct 24,2019. And been silence since that day. Really frustrated. Did you contact your mp? I did and she told me it’s in background check. I don’t get why it’s taking forever

I didnt contact them yet cause I thought I would give it some time cause I live in Quebec and since they just got back from the holidays! Last thing I heard was my file got transferred to PARIS VO Dec 6th. I am just super impatient

Today is our 1 year mark, we got the whole "20% of our applications are complex, etc.", anyone else waiting over a year receive that?

It's been 1 week and account still says that. I dont know what is going on. Very stressful

Not sure if this will get you less frustrated, we got pre-arrival in April 2019 and still waiting...

So I have no idea how this actually happened but I received my stamped passport in under 24 hours of submitting it to the VAC in NY. The New York visa office is killing it!! I’m picking my passport up tomorrow!!

I was terrified they wouldn’t be able to stamp my passport because my PPR says to submit my passport to the Singapore VO but they stamped it here in NY anyway.
