London office has asked to submit updated forms. Can someone please guide me how and where it is uploaded. Can I get the web form only for UK and what I’m suppose to select. It givtes options like “PR, work, study..” should I should PR?

We got Pre-Arrival in April and it is still in progress, seriously.

Same here, received pre-arrival in July, being silence since then.
Sent an email last week thru webform to require an update, no reply. Will send an email again once process bar reaches 12 months period which left only 22 days.
