My wife finally received her COPR and Passport from Ottawa today. Ottawa took 3 weeks to stamp and send her passport back. Planning to do flag-poling at rainbow bridge over this weekend. ;D ;D ;D

May i seek for all of you advice when is the suitable time to order GMSC note?

Here is my timeline:
Sept 18 2015 Medical report done
Dec 22 2015 Application received
Feb 18 2016 Case transferred to Hong Kong VO
Mar 18 2016 Received the request for police check and pay for RPRF (submitted 2 things on Mar 29 2016)
Apr 8 2016 HKVO received police checkup report
Jun 2 2016 Additional documents request from CIC HK (Sponsor's employment letter (my husband) and evidence of proof he will return Canada to resume his job (he took 2 years off come to Hong Kong live with me and see our daughter born till now) - we mailed the documents to them on Jun 6

My husband decided to go back Canada 1st on Jun 18, I will stay in HK to wait for COPR with my daughter.

I hope can go to Canada in July, do you think is positive based on the above timeline.

I really need your professional advice. Much appreciated.

I was in Vietnam, and my application will be processed at singapore and this is my timelines.

- December 18, 2015 Mississauga received application
- February 9, 2016 Mississauga started processing application

- May 16, 2016 Singapore Office received application
- May 26, 2016 Singapore Office started processing application on

Hi, yes my status changed to DM.

Application filed: december 24,2015
Transfereed to sydney australia march 03 2016
Started processing march 10 2016
Additional docs april 10 2016
DM may 1, 2016

But no update since then....hopiing some time soon.

The thing that scares me is we havn't even submitted the PR fees yet but its still DM. Don't know if its normal or not. Fingers crossed!!!

Any news on the decision made. I am a March 2016 applicant and my application too is forwarded to Sydney VO last month. YOu mentioned that they requested for Additional docs on April 10 2016. What was it they requested for? If it was PCC then you are in the green light. Because i feel that they only request for PCC once everything is finalized.

Wondering how long the whole process would take? Counting days everyday.

Couple of hours after DM we received Passport Request. My question is when we send the passport with courier...do we include a prepaid return envelope for the VO to send passport?

Congrats!! The information should be in the PPR, I'm with the Rome office and they gave us specific instructions based on my husbands country of citizenship as well as his country of residence. We had to provide a prepaid tracking number with the package (not sure if there was an envelope included, I wasn't there at the time) or else they will send back the passport by regular mail which is slower and no tracking.

I did not submit PCC (from India) with my spouse PR OUTLAND application. I received an email from DELHIIMMIGRATION to submit PCC. There is no address mentioned where I should send the PCC. Can anyone please share the address where PCC should be sent.

It's so discouraging when I see how fast applications from Ottawa are being processed and how incredibly slow London has been

I dont understand what the hell are they busy doing.from the time i applied in december, they were working on sept 2015 applicants.six months have passed by now and they are stuck at oct applicants.

I'm trying to be optimistic and hope that a lot of the Oct-Dec applicants haven't been actively updating their information and am living in hope that the spreadsheet isn't entirely accurate for that period of time... maybe?
