What information do I need to provide to them?
I wanted to call them coz we havent received AOR yet and its over 85 days.

The sponsor is able to check on the status of the application. You will need to provide the UCI, confirm identity (address etc). How long has it been you are over the 85 days and when was the application received?

I can tell you this based on our experience, even though the application would have passed the 85 days most agents will not look at your file if your application was received after Dec 2nd (based on current CIC processing date) they will merely say (most of the time) they are still processing XXX date and you should wait.

Double check the sponsor's inbox/spam for the AOR and you could try to call them.

Hi, I got the AOR email this afternoon (Canada time) (3/2/2015) as my application documents was sent to CIC on 10 Dec 2014 and waiting for the SA now. Hope to get it next week.

Is it strange that I recieved my AOR on Saturday, even though I sent my application December 17 and CIC recieved it December 22, when some haven't gotten theirs yet even though the sent their application earlier?

Also, when should I expect my SA (hopefully) ? How many days after the AOR does the SA come through?

Only the sponsor receives an e-mail for SA and AOR1. Applicant receives AOR2 and any other requests from the processing VO.

What question did you ask to get some 'verbal aor' ? We tried calling and they said they saw our name on the list. Does that mean anything? I hope CIC update their website soon.. I thought they do it weekly.
