What is the subject of the email ? I'm guessing it doesn't read "AOR"

Coz I've noticed that mostly from Vancouver and Ontario cities specially Toronto gets the most and earliest AOR.

Update:

Received an email AOR yesterday Feb 6, 2015. Application received by CIC on Dec 11, 2014.

Congratulations wes. More AOR's will be coming this week for December applicants.

Yeap, it is a matter of time. Patience is the mother of all battles... You will get your AOR by april I would assume. CIC seems to be processing Dec 2014...

(CIC) will review your application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is
required. When your application has been reviewed and has met basic eligibility, CIC will invite you to a
knowledge test, interview and/or ceremony, as applicable.

Yes it is indeed! Congrats! If your application falls under the routine one (No RQ), you should be getting Test Date within the next 90-120 days the most.
