I think we can use this one, this is pretty organized and will minimize messing up the other entries as what happened with the original 2014 spreadsheet .

3. Biographical page of passport(s)/travel document(s)

The biographical page means the page that has your name, photo, passport/travel document no., issue date and expiration date.

Provide photocopies of the biographical pages of all passports and/or travel documents (valid and cancelled) for the relevant four (4) year period immediately preceding the date of your application,

Also, provide photocopies of any renewal pages of the passport(s)/travel document(s).

Note: If any of these documents are no longer in your possession please explain why.

Format: Clear and legible photocopy


My old passport expired on april 30, 2010, and i did not include it. am I going into trouble? ???

Thank you for your proposal. I saw that one on the thread but I was wondering if we could have something just for use. I mean something related to December applicants that we can track easily. We will appreciate everybody's opinion.

I became a PR on July 17,2010

I used the new passport when I landed... i guess its out of 4 year period.
i think my 4 year period starst Dec 08, 2010 to Dec 08, 2014. my application signed dec 08, 2014 btw.

No you are not in trouble. If your old passport expired on April 30, 2010 and you landed on July 2010, I would assumed that you did not use that passport to land. Moreover, four (4) years immediately preceding your application would be from December 8, 2014 to December 9, 2010 so April 2010 will be left over and forgotten since it is out of the 4 years. This make sense scientifically but I do not know how the CIC is going to react. I could be wrong.

you can check your COPR which passport you have used as landed.
