I received my application back from CIC yesterday. Application Received at CIC, Dec 16th 2014.

My contract was terminated by my clients, due to low oil prices. I am out of country end of this month. Good luck for others.

I might try an LMIA with another client or try Express entry.

Sent to Sydney on Dec 14th . Received on Dec 17th ,

Sent back to me on 9 th Feb .

NOC : 2173 ( CEC ) .

Created a profile and i am getting 295 points . Researching on how to do LMIA through my employer. Spoke to a couple if consultancies who could help in the LMIA process . Let me know if anyone knows how to proceed in that direction .

Do keep posting guys.. as all have LMIA problems.. Its not easy to get as we are foreign nationals. Even i got my file back from CIC applied on 22nd December for CEC. Just keep updating how can we get qualified under express , entry seems tough but not impossible.. Wish you all a good luck.. Lets all work together and wont loose hope

Just hoping Points benchmark reduces as per our needs

only question 325-425 points would be good enough to qualify?

I have 478 points under EE, still I didn't complete ECA.
I completed UG and PG in different universities in Tamilnadu. I need find out how to get the transcripts from my universities.

I am on the same queue, my application received on 22nd Dec on CIO-Sydney, still waiting for my Package to return?
Can I ask how many years of Canadian Experience you have and which NOC you were applying for?

If you have not completed ECA, how do you have 478 points? 150/600 points come from education, which you shouldn't be eligible for without a Canadian degree or ECA. And some more from transferability factors, which, again you are not eligible for. I recommend going back to your application and double checking what you claim on your profile.
