Hi, i had applied in Dec 4th 2014 and the application reached on 8th dec 2014. two days earlier one of my friends called me and said that the applications applied after October are rejected and sent back to be applied in express entry. is it true??? ??? ???. i have applied under noc b. please update information if any. please and thanks

Hi,
sorry for the bad news but if you go through October, November and December threads you would see it is true. The cut off date is most probably October 20th. Everything beyond this date has not been processed and sent back to the applicants.

Agent from cic said my application was stamped and sent back on the 5th of February i should receive it next week it was received on the 11th of December
faster than i originally posted my name is in row 63 of the tracker i believe

I was worried about my package.

Yes i got it in the mail same day i made the call it comes by mail in a brown envelope with a crappy explanation letter but best of luck for the future my friends
