when did you apply?dont be panic, wait for your app really get returned . That's all we can do right now

to be honest, i've given ip hope after so many people reporting that the cap has been reached october 20th. i applied 14th of december

guys, I applied PR under cec NOC B on DEC 20th, reached on 22nd. I have heared so much about the cap being reached, but none of my friends who applied between NOV and DEC got their file back and notice email.

I've been soooo stressed these days . dont know who should I trust. Can anybody give us some real prove that this rummor is ture or not

@skyzhang0304, it is true that the cap has been reached. The applications are being sent back according to the received date, and currently those delivered in late October are being returned. That is why none applied between NOV and DEC got their file back.

I ended up sending two apps. One was received on 19 November, only a week later i realized it dint include my birth certificate. I sent in another and it got there on the 22nd December. I haven't got both of them returned as of today. First was a Bank Draft the second one on my Credit card. Now that the CAP is reached its only a matter of time i should have them back. Looking to get my CELPIP originals.

Start with EE now, create profile, register on Job Bank, get ECA, etc.

Please give details step by step on preparing application for EE.. Details on cic sometimes confusing.. No details on how do I get Lima as I am working on intra company transfer working Visa and its lmo except ,,,

Bad news. Application was returned to day (arrived at CIC December 1) as being above the 8000 limit.

Hi,

For all of us its a sad news that all applications are coming back . But sometime i am confused applying under new rules .. When we came we were following old cases . After my graduation i was looking for a job .. Just to get a field exprience so that can apply for pr .. That time was not knowing whats LMIA is..

Completed 1 yr expriece still currently working. Applied for pr in december hoping would get positive response..
Last 10 days all changed as application coming back.

Now dont know what to do for lmia .. Job bank all other stuff.. I created profile says ineligible .. I cant update that .. As its transmitted .. Now thinking of creating new one..

Also have read post where people saying if u have certain exprience under NOC but wont be getting 600 points as its doesnt have a positive lmia ..

I am working in NOC B caregory .. But for all people who applied under new rules seems to be difficult changing everything .. Also time limit for Workpermit about to get expire in few months
