If that's the case, mine should've been updated by now. I got SA on 28th Jan.

My only worry is that they haven't misplaced my Medicals, I know it is available online but right now everything is stressing me out. I think I am getting paranoid!!

Call CPC-M and talk about your situation. Don't be worried. I think you have copy of your medical report. You can send emails to both CPC-M at their email address : question@cic.gc.ca and Abu Dhabi VO (email address available in your SA) mentioning the medical checkup number or attaching medical checkup after scanning it. Also request them to update Medical results received.

In my observation : Only effective way to communicate with CIC is to send them email.

But just curious- is that exactly what they said? because whenever i have spoken to the call center, they will always say 'we do not have access to the VO's end, all we know is we have either sent it or did not send it from CPC-M'

Well this is the 3rd time I talked with them.

1st time they told me that Review Officer supposed to generally send file to VO with in 2/3 days (20th Jan).

2nd time they told me that they did not send the file yet and it takes about 45 days to reach file to VO (22nd Jan).

3rd time :

Today feb 10 the girl entered in to the system checked both sponsor and sponsored data : the address, telephone and email address are correctly entered or not. Surprising that they entered one old telephone number which we are not using for 6 years and she deleted it today. we never gave this number to CPC-M. Today she checked and 1st told me that file is on the way to SVO and when I told that it is one month since SA approved and does it take too long to reach the file to SVO then she told confidently that it reached SVO.

Rest God knows.

So far I believe her. What else I can do ?

So..i got another email from my VO confirmation that my application was received and it is 'being processed'.

It was in response to the original email which was sent to them..lol!

Aww, I understand your worry. I'm sure everything is fine, they just haven't updated it to ECAS. Do you know much about your VO in terms of if they usually respond to people's queries? Hopefully when you do reach out to them, they will ease your worries.

Not nearly 'in process' hahaha I think they throw that word around loosely!! Jamaica has a 22 month stage 2...that would be amazing if it only took a few months!
