Hi folks,

I just wanted to share with you that I just received my MR today. CIC had requested additional documents twice and finally I got my MR. I hope all others who have not got MR yet will hear from CIC soon. Fingers crossed.

I did feel nervous about receiving emails from CIC as they kept asking additional documents. I hope things will go smooth later, for me, for you, for others who are going through the same thing as us.

I am leaving my current job cuz I am not happy with my employer and do not want to work at that place anymore. Do I need to notify CIC about this? Also Is it gonna affect my application any way?

Hello buddy, I want to leave my current job too, but every morning I told myself to not even think about that before having PR. Once we get PR, it might have more chances for us to change the job.

It's been close to 2 months since I gave medicals. Online status shows " Medicals received". Could you advise how long before I could expect Passport request call? Much appreciated.

did you do upfront medical exam or you receive the MR after your ECAS changed in to " in process"?

I received MR - completed and status changed after a week.
