I have done my Medical late June and it indicated that CIC has received, but no update since. I haven't received payment request, no passport request...
I paid my payment upfront in late July.
Anyone has similar experience? Thanks!

Same deal here, I don't think anyone has received a RPRF or PPR since mid July. I'm assuming their focus is on something other than CEC at the moment seeing we are a few months ahead of the 13 month expected schedule.

WOHO! ecas status changed to IN PROCESS- we started processing your application on August 7th. I paid my RPRF upfront today. I will mail them the reciept today as well.

I did my medicals upfront end of June and had informed CIC of this via email- three weeks ago.

Time line

Application sent December 16th
AOR received February 4th
ECAS status changed to application in process August 7th ( doesnt say whether medicals were received or not)

When I called the Doctors office, They told my wife's medical was sent,but he forget to send mine,
They are telling oh we told Doctor about it, we don't know anything further.

Please advice what I need to do

Errm, keep hassling your doctor to upload the medical that you paid for? If they won't then you have no other option but to do it again.

Is it the background checks that are taking so long. Havent seen much activity for Dec applicants.
