can somebody please help on below?

I checked with my HR in my company in Canada and they are saying they cannot issue this letter as my base office is in india, and i should get this from India.
CIC is asking me to re-submit employment letter issued from my office in Canada, the earlier letter was issued from India office.

I just received another email requesting for an updated employment letter
"Please provide an updated letter of employment from XXXXX. This letter must be issued by the head office of XXXXX in Canada and must include your position with the employer, period of employment and annual salary."

Does anyone have similar request? I included one in my original application?

any guesses why i am being asked to submit this again?

Try to convince them by showing the email from CPC requesting the same. Your T4 and payslips should have Canadian address. They technically should give you letter on Canadian office letterhead. If they denies to give you letter than try to ask your Manager if he/she can give you letter on company's letterhead with his/her signature.

I was thinking of convincing CPC with the fact that i still belong to office in india and that why employment verification is issued from india office.

CPC doesn't have to do anything whether you are here in Canada or back home. All they have concern about your qualifying experience which must be in Canada and the letter must be on Canadian letterhead. Ask your immediate Manager in back home to talk to the Canadian counterpart and tell them the situation that you still the part of group only letter states your position salary start and end date would suffice. This is solely for CIC purpose and ask them to they can address CIC so the letter won't be use for any other purpose but CIC

AOR received - 13 Feb
Sent PCC, T4 and NOA in April
Again got an email from CPC-Ottawa an they are asking for T4 and NOA.
I ordered GCMH notes and it was clearly written in them that they received T4 and NOA with PCC.
Please advise can i email them both documents or have to mail them.
It is now tooo long waiting for MR.

I got my RPRF tonight. Does anyone know what that means, as far as the evaluation process goes? Can I now assume that they're satisfied that all my employment stuff is fine?

Here's my timeline, for anyone interested:

AOR: January 23
MR: July 11
RPRF: July 15
