Tofu, yup you are very close now... Cannot do anything but wait.

I cannot advise on the timeline, I paid upfront and everything moved from started processing to decsion made in about 2 weeks. Within a week of that I had CoPR. So there are no standard time lines here. Just be comfortable knowing you are on the "home straight" now having had RPRF.

I just got my GCMS notes.

Application is under review for next officer.
I was on WP and it had expired in Apr-2011 and the extension came in Aug -2011. So they are NOT considering working hours of Apr-Aug 2011

But my documents and timelines are in order as per NOC 2174 reqmt. Havent yet received any req from CIC for any docs.
I can only provide T4 for 2011 as my company is not giving me backdated paystubs for 2011

All other criterion are clear and satisfactory. This is the only thing blocking my approval.

Any help?

I hope you have more than 12 months apart from those implied status period. If yes, i guess you will get through.

Worked under implied status will be counted under CEC. You should be good provided that you prove them your legal status and worked days at that time.

That is fine. You may need to provide them the calculation

Total Salary on T4/ salary per hour or bi-weekly= number of hours or week worked. Thats all.
Secondly, You would have a letter from the company stating "From Date" to "To Date"

It should be fine. I would say, if they looks confused in GCMS note. Provide clarification as soon as possible.
