December 2013 Applications

Thanks buddy. I applied through the consultant and he send the email to CIC on my behalf.

But with the MP, I followed up by my-self and let the lawyer know after every thing was done. I believe, MP's email did most of the work because the when I got the call from the MP saying that they talked to the CIC and CIC will look into my file again and after couple of days I got the email from CIC.

Where are our December applicants these days. Are everyone got their MRs. Howz process going on these day. I kinda left the thread and moved to August 2014 applicants.

I have applied again in the August though and I am planning to continue with that application too. What you suggest? BTW, FYI, I got my MR also.

hey Still here.. waiting for some movement. I am not too knowledgeable about 2 applications. I would assume that Sydney office would see the applicaion in progress and take appropriate steps. My suggestion: ask MP to ask CIC what you should do...

Let me ask this.

How much time usually CIC gives to submit the document like PCC/medical/passport?

I do not have the PCC with me. One I submitted with December file is already expired. and the one I got it to submit upon request is already sent out with second application. Second application will take at least 50 days to get into the system. On the other hand, if second application got returned because of something missing then it will take more time to get the PCC back in my hand.

I planning request one more right after my medical done and it will take around 6 weeks to get my passport and new PCC.

I am wondering if CIC request me for the PCC or the Passport (when my passport may be with counsellor for process the PCC request) then how much time they will give me to submit it to them?

But many people opt for saturdays. Saturday's appointment is little difficult.
Book any day. she will complete everything in 2 Hrs.

I would say check with some e-enabled doctor if it shows in their system then you would have missed the MR email.

Thank you! I would go check with some designated clinics by CIC to find if they have my data already?

I am wondering if it is still possible they are still verifying my eligibility? Is it possible that CIC forgot to send my MR if they have done all the verification process?

Most likely they changed to In process when they considered eligible and ready to send MR. Having said that I am no expert.

60 days time is given to submit documents.
