I got invitation in last draw. I have my reference letters ready from my employer, however, I still have little confusion whether it inclines completely with duties and responsibilities. It will be great if I can get expert advice on the same from the members here. My jobs falls to my best understanding under NOC 2211 category (Chemical Technician and Technologists). I will really appreciate. Thanks. 
Job title is Quality Control Lab Technician 
[size=10pt][size=10pt]The duties involve but not limited to:
•	Monitoring and ensuring the quality of all raw materials and outgoing food product from the mill and ensuring it meets with all regulatory requirements. 
•	Performing analytical testing for product quality; 
•	Compiling records and preparing daily lab reports for all product runs;
•	Continuous operation and maintenance of all laboratory equipment including routine calibrations.
•	Preparing Certificates of Analysis for outgoing products; 
•	Responding to customer product questions, comments, complaints and recalls. Tracking product lots and recalls;
•	Assisting the Production Manager in monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); 
•	Monitoring pest control throughout the plant and property. Monitoring sanitation standards and procedures;
•	Coordinating water-treatment services and provincial lab-testing for water supply quality; 
•	Maintaining safety records, incident, accident and near miss reports;
•	Maintaining training records and qualifications chart on all staff;
•	Serving as the point of contact with WCB and process claims for workplace injuries; 
•	Attending the monthly plant safety meetings and maintaining minutes;
•	Maintaining and reviewing plant Standard Operating Procedures on a semi-annual basis; 
•	Maintaining, monitoring and scheduling annual scale calibration within the plant.
Responsibilities
•	Serving as a key advisor to the Sales and Marketing Manager and Production Manager on all food and production safety matters.
•	Working as the resident subject matter expert on Hazard Assessment of Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 22000, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), CFIA, FSSC, and others. 
•	His performance will be measured upon continued customer satisfaction with the quality of our product, and the plant's performance on outside regulatory inspections. 
•	Monitoring the health and safety of workers and workplace at the mill;  
•	Maintaining records of all quality, health and safety matters in accordance with ISO standards and government  regulations; and
•	Ensuring customer product specifications are maintained, certified and recorded in accordance with their needs.
