I am considering trying out daytrading as an Indian international student. I've been studying CS, (coop) at Waterloo since September 2016 and I am about to graduate April 2021 and apply for PGWP as well.
I am wondering if daytrading is allowed as an international student here? It will be a problem is its considered a job?
Daytrading would involve buying and selling Stock options (such as calls/puts) on the same day, multiple times, maybe 5-10 trades a day, 4 days per week. I believe its taxed as business income, which is why I am wondering.
