Date of joining in work history section - creating profile

Hi,
Actually I worked in company A for 3 years(2011-2014) and company B (current) since 4 years (2014-present).
So, now in work history if I mention only current company, should I give start date as 2011 or 2014?
In the current company's details should I split up based on roles and geography? (example : Associate India,Sr.Associate-India, Sr.Associate- Canada) ?
Kindly help as this is lot confusing.
