Well, My In Process date is June 25 which was a "Monday" but my eCase started showing it from "Thursday"!

as long as you can pay the fees you can apply for it.and just mail it from iran. someone can pay the fee for you and send you the email of the reciept and then you can print it in iran.

I actually read somewhere that if one applies through mail , then it's gonna slow down the processing, one should email the gcsm .
