Well, I think this is great news or e-cas mistake; don't quote me on this because I'm no expert but I thought I'd reply since you sounded nervous and I know other members are probably asleep now. So maybe they tried calling your husband and couldn't reach him or they emailed or mailed him? Did he check his email? Or they will just call on Sunday since today they shut early... Don't worry, everything will be great! And you'll reunite in no time now!

lol... e cas drives me crazy ::) it would be so nice if they updated it, probably a lot less emails they would have to go through if they just kept us informed and we wouldn't have to email them :P I'm noticing a trend though, the last few people have seen "in process" or "decision made" right before they got PPR.

Well, at least athab can relax now; since this is a trend! Please don't make suggestion that would make them efficient that defies the purpose of the "waiting game"!!!!!! Yalla, hopefully all the people will get their e-cas decision made a.s.a.p/ with a phone call or email that is!

Is your husband a PR or a citizen? if he is a PR, then you could use his client id number which is his PR card number, with his name, date birth and country of origin. I found this out by chance since I didn't have my file number either. Basically, if he has a record with the immigration department, you could access that record and see your data there.
Otherwise, I saw that other members have gotten their file numbers from the sponsorship approval notice that your husband would've initially received. Hope this helps.

thanks gays for ur responses they all helped us a lot

my husband is a PR and he has a client ID number which is shown In the sponsorship approval letter and also there is another No. called 'kit ID number"in that letter which should I use since I dont have my file No. for the medical exam.

Hi WXYZ-
I don't think the kit number is useful. my husband redid his medical in Iran yesterday and our lawyer had told him to use his client ID number but the doctor wanted the "b" number given by Syria. our lawyer has sent an email to Syria to ask for the number.... I hope for a response! the doctor says to use the b number or do not fill in the file number at all, our lawyer says using the ID number from Mississauga is fine.... too many rules for this games;) I wish I knew the answer!

thanks for the info. in that case could he send his application in without doing the medical exam and then later on get asked to do that medical?

We had HTRABOUL. His wife also was pergenent. So you can search his quotes and or ask him. If I am right her wife did her second medical after she give birth their twins.
