Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

hi guys i hope u're ok today.
since yesterday i've been wondering bout somthg: when u sent ur file to MIssissaugua, did u attach all the docs needed? such as photos, medical exam? etc.
Because i'm sure we sent evthg they need. even the Residency info.
but i just wanna know why Damascus hasn't asked yet for additionnal documents. Do u think they have everyhting they need or they didn't start processing yet?
They didn't even send me a letter telling me that they received my file. and if i haven't sent them an email, i wouldn't know anthg.
My file is in damascus for 7 months now, and i noticed in the chart that each one of you has been asked for additionnal infos. but not me ???
what do you think? :
do you think i should worry or stick to what they answered in their email " votre dossier est en cours d'etude..."

nath i'm guessing they have all they need but then again with them you never know. they sent me an e-mail after 6 months of processing asking me for documents

Don't worry you will not have to do the whole wait all over again! First they may not even send it back they may just request it when they start processing it in Syria. If they approve it you can always send the info to add to your application in Damascus before they ask for it. If it does get sent back and u add the pictures and re-submit you will be processed quicker. I had my application returned to me at the beginning and when I resubmitting it only took 13 days to get approval good luck

Hello everyone,

My situation is getting more and more complex. My wife will start her 6th month of pregnancy and she is still waiting in lebanon. Her gynecologist told here it will not be safe to travel starting the 6th month as she has a twin.
No study permit yet and it is not sure we will get it.
I have a question, if my babies get born in lebanon, I think that I have to add them to my wife application. Do you know if it will take longer time in this case?

I would really like to thank you for taking your time to consider our application.

Sorry for email you recently , but we have been submit our redo-medical exam before 5 weeks and there is no news, I had positive interview, and most cases has been finalize in less than month after they submit their red medical but us.

The reason I email you too, That my wife does not sleep at night , crying day and night ,and I am far from her, and she reach the point of stressful, and she needs me to be next to her. and recently she does not eat as before.

Dear Officer we have been a year and more since our case process start, and we really have pain in our hearts because being far from each other.
we would like to know what we can do to make this process faster.

I dont think it i a good idea to beg them , they ignore such emails, keep hoping, good luck

We just got an email from the embassy in Beyrouth asking my wife to present tomorow in their office to get the decision about the study permit

lol you're so positive. I'm really expecting another 3-4 months of waiting and the worse is I don`t wanna risk leaving everything and going back to lebanon because you never know when you might get the visa.

Im expecting another month or 2.

So for tge medicals now what we do we do? They expire on aug 24 do we go ahead and redo them and have them ready or wait until they ask again ??

well ours expires saturday so if by sunday we haven t received anything i'll tell my husband to call the doc monday to take an appt
