I finally received my notes. After the decision was made on our application
I thought it was nice! I really liked the notes. I thought it is good to share a couple of sentences:

Assessments:
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

Visa officer 1:
They Knew each other since 2003. Both from same university. They were friends, shortly they became lovers. They dated several years. ....... Both first marriage. All docs checked, photos, emails, pc (Clean), ppt pages, mc, bc are on the file. Relationship appears OK.

Visa officer 2:
Reviewed this file. The background and ages are compatible. Sufficient information on file suggest that this is a genuine relationship. ......... . Evidence of relationship is credible. I have no concern that this is a genuine marriage entered into in good faith. Approved.

It's funny for a representative's email not to recognize junk from not junk email, specially from the embassy,

goes to show that they never had communications with the embassy. what a nut jobs.

we're going to travel to Ankara and pickup the visa tomorrow .
Does the applicant's ( female ) requested 3.5 by 4.5 cm pictures have to be with hijab to pickup the visa ?

I 'll let u know the situation in and around the embassy.

a 6-month valid passport and 2 photos are enough. He can also write his height and eye color on a sticky note and attach it to his passport.
