Damascus/Spousal since Jan 2010 or late 2009

A friend of mine (who is not on this forum) got his ppr. He said it took Damascus 7 months.

like i said before 9 useless questions to make sure that the sponsor is IN CANADA! what a waste of time !

i don`t agree with u sohrab..maybe it is a useless question but all of us has to fill it....i agree with nagz ...they don`t want to see if our spounser is living in canada or not...because my husband is living in canada since he was a little boyyyy...and he is living with his parents..he studies at university so why they might think he is living outside of canada???!!!!!and send me RQ????
so it is not about their feeling about living in canada or not....my husband came to iran 2 times in whole his life...
this form hast to be filled by everyone..i think this shows they r working on our files..or something thayt they want to re ask and see they r true or not..i dont know...

i sent them an email asking about this and they told me its optional.... and they said its to make you either you reside in canada or you plan to....... so it is weird ive in canada all of my life as well.... i dont know whats the point

I was told today that if my wife drops it off in Tehran herself at the embassy, they will send it to Damascus for her, and have it ready for pickup in Tehran when it arrives. DHL in Iran is very very shady, like when we sent her supplemental medicals, they claimed to have delivered it but would not provide a signature of recipient, and when they did, it clearly was a fake! If you are going to send anything in Iran using courier avoid DHL, TNT is much better.

good to know that the embassy does, thanks for the info by the way can i ask you where the TNT head office is in tehran?

hello everyone,
thanks for rezan and all who stayed in touch during all this process
some of the infomation as you know are being requested again and some went missing during our previous mail to them
next week my lawyer will send more info to damasucs and medical will expire soon so i may have to repeat but i was instructed by my laywer not to redo it unless damasucs ask for it
i wish all of us the greatest luck and to be reunited with our loved ones soon
seperation is not helping me at all and i just want to say hello to all and good luck again and again

Clearly he was asking for it through his wednesday speech, another dictator that chose not to hear his people instead he announced war against them, typical "Baath party" the party that ruined and destroyed Iraq anyways I did not expect anything more out of him after all he is only a puppet that moves around by the help of the same people who supported his father.

Syria is a beautiful countrty I hope that it will not suffer the upcoming days

If you want my opinion Oshosh I think you should e-mail them and ask but all they will probably answer is we will request a new medical if needed.. So maybe you should re-do it now before they ask it like sohrab said... There's nothing that prioritizes files because medical will expire..They don't care that your medical will expire they probably don't even look at these things...

Actually i did email them regarding this , and i will be waiting for thier feedback , thanks alot ill let you guyz know as soon as i get their response, ???

My husbands medical expired back in the end of January and they still have not ask to redo them. We have decided to wait for them to ask because the dr in syria said it is a different form and if we do redo it now the embassy might take it as a new file. I am going to find out more information here in Kuwait to see if this is correct but right now this is what he was told in Syria. His medical was done in Kuwait while he was visiting, we were getting the papers ready.

Aha I c, bt may be in my case i would be no problem because I will redo the medicals with the same Dr. if i will asked to, good luck my dear in your case , i will really appreciate if you could keep me posted with any updates
