I have a question about the Québec form Formulaire d’engagement, A-046-GF.
Question 4 is related to the family members of the PA. And then question 4.1 asks for information about the spouse; so, in that case do they mean the sponsor (if we're married)? Or is the PA information that goes there? Or does it refer to the case where the PA has another spouse or conjugal partner?
Moreover, to make it even more confusing, at the end of that same question it asks "is this person will be accompanying you to Québec".
I'm sure anyone who has already completed this stage of the process can help me clarify. Thank you in advance.
