CSQ applied in 2017- Please tell your status

Hi,

I've applied for CSQ in March 2017. Since then my file's status is "Waiting for treatment". All my friends, who have applied in 2016, got their document request within 4 months.

I would like to ask you that I am alone or there are people who have not received document request!

Alo! I got my CSQ with letter confirmation as well as the form that I filled with their signature. So should I scan CSQ + letter confirmation to upload to MyCIC or I have to scan and upload CSQ + letter + form that I filled? Please help!

And, I have heard people are talking about Check list, what is that? I could not find it on Guide on CIC web site.
