I have the same problem! I am at 448 that should be 449 with spouse diplomas. This point can do all the difference at this time. I have raised an issue, but just got standard message... so sad (((

Hi friends.. any update from IRCC or their technical support team on this issue. One of my friends is facing the same issue. She hoped it would be resolved after the system upgrade.

I am facing the same issue.

meanwhile which option you have selected for the postgraduate diploma - one/two year certificate etc etc?I have selected this option but it does not seems fit as it is even below the bachelor's degree?

No this issue is not yet resolved. I have submitted a complaint through the web form. I do not see any other option to get this corrected.

Keeping fingers crossed, all of us in the range of 450+ should get ITA soon. This 1 mark should not have a negative impact on any one of us.
