ECAS shows today: In process!
So excited!!

Yay yay yay!!! So happy for you!!!

Got DM today! :D Took 58 days after ECAS changed to "In Process" until we got "Decision Made." Thanks to everyone who posted in this thread and spreadsheet. :D This forum was a huuuuge help when preparing our application. And now that we're getting ready for landing, I'm going through the threads on that. THANK YOU SO MUCH to y'all who understand this process well enough to articulate helpful information to those of us who find the paperwork overwhelming.

Best of luck to those of you still waiting. *fingers crossed*

Congrats. Just over seven months. I hope I am that lucky

I talked to someone this past weekend who hired a lawyer for this same exact outland US application processed in CPP -Ottawa and they paid $3,500 for just the lawyer. Crazy stuff, since they still had to collect the exact same info we all had to here.

That's insane. It's unfortunate when someone thinks they can't do it on their own if they have a simple case.

Our application changed to decision made!!
I received an email from CIC that I have to submit 2 photos + a copy of my passport.
I must send it to Vienna.
Almost done, couldn't be happier!!

Yay! Congratulations to all who received their DMs and COPRs!! :)

Just a question please; I am still waiting for my COPR, 2 weeks ago CIC requested that I submit 2 photos and send appendix B form (I sent all this immediately). However, I just noticed that the address has changed in ecas, it now shows (on the left side) only my home address instead of my representative's (lawyer). What does this mean?? Does it mean they will send my COPR to my home address or to my lawyer?

Anyone who had this experience before? Thanks.

We still only have 'application received' for the applicant (my husband). However, I did notice this morning that the address for the applicant changed on the left side from our representatives addy to my husband's home address. I hope am hoping for the best...:) I am very patient person, but this process causes anxiety..ugh.

Well, if you aren't somewhat computer savvy, even today it's an overwhelming process. The website is much, much better now than when I first started looking into this PR thing back in 2008 or so, but it's still daunting and time consuming with lots of ways to make mistakes. I can understand how if you have the money it's quite tempting to simply get the information someone tells you to get and that's that.

COPR!!!

In process for 10 days, DM for about 10 days until the letter arrived!!!

Thanks to everyone on the forum for your help. I'll hang around and try to help others as best I can!
