GCMS (Global Case Maagement System) notes or ATIP (Access to Information and Privacy) notes. They are the notes that visa officers make about your file. You can order them from CIC for 5 dollars and have them e-mailed to you.

DO NOT tell them you are not moving right away. That is something they don't want to hear, and I've heard of some people being refused their PR, because they expect you to move as soon as you get your CoPR. My advice is to either postpone the landing OR to land, but don't mention you are not moving yet. You can leave ofc later on, and if they ask why you can always say it was unexpected/not planned.

I will probably land in 2 weeks and tell them (if they ask) we are moving our belongings as soon as we get the mover and get the title transfer completed to NY (which should happen in a week after that.) I will just keep my apartment for another couple of months and if I need to come back to the US for Dr's appointments, etc, I can always stay there, but the move can be completed really as soon as I get the mover to move my stuff...

My B4's were extremely vague and in huge groups (Clothes and Costume Jewelry; Household, Decorations, and Art; Computer parts and video games; etc...) but they didn't bat an eye. I did write the serial # for my Viola and my DSLR camera. I didn't bother putting my wedding ring on there and he said it was fine.

To be honest, they will probably not ask anything about moving. When I landed I didn't have anything on me (I was already "visiting" Canada), and they never asked me why or am I moving right away. They just wanted to know if I have anything to declare. So do your landing, don't mention anything about moving unless asked, and even if they ask, which is highly unlikely, don't say you are keeping you apartment in the US, just say you will have your things delivered later on (and have your B4 ready for your things to follow). Good luck and don't stress, they usually don't even bother to ask, my only point is not to let them know you have any ties like a job or apartment in US, just in case

I think any visit to US that is about a couple weeks long (1-2 weeks) will be OK. Again, if they ask later on, you can be honest and say you are just organizing your stuff to be transferred. Maybe I am over cautious, but I wouldn't mention the doctor

Will you still have private insurance for the US after you land? Depending on the extent of care you need, it may be less expensive to cancel the US insurance if you have it and pay out-of-pocket for Canadian care. While more painful than health-care-having Canadians like, the out-of-pocket charges are often a small fraction of US equivalents.
