Maybe they can't function because it's been too cold for a timmies run in the morning. I'd be a bumbling wreck without my caffeine injection in the morning. Just a thought!

GCMS (Global Case Maagement System) notes or ATIP (Access to Information and Privacy) notes. They are the notes that visa officers make on your file, you can order them from CIC, they cost 5 dollars to have them e-mailed and I think about 30 for post. Here's a link to CIC https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do but it takes 30 days for you to get them.

Thank you :)

Filed my application this Morning via UPS. Should arrive in Mississauga tomorrow.

I noticed there wasn't an option on the forms to choose your visa office anymore, but I assume my application will go to either Ottawa or ( as it seems, hopefully) stay in Mississauga.

Added myself to the spreadsheet as well

After leaving the US, I never thought I'd say I miss Dunkin' Donuts.

make sure to update your stats on the spreadsheet. it will be good to know if ottawa will continue the "trends" for IP to DM. before the holidays, it usually took less than 2 weeks to get DM, and DM meant the COPR was mailed. fingers crossed it will still be the same!

I will do that now. (Or at least attempt to) :-)

Congrats AmericanGirlinLove!
I looked at your timeline and I see they asked your passport in August; did you hit any bumps in the road since then or is it just the Standard for Ottawa?
