Wow! Congratulations to everybody! This is so exciting! So Ottawa timeline is like 6-7 months? It`s interesting how some people don`t even get "in process" thing and just right away their visas, wow!

yes, this is true. there seems to be a different timeframe for sept-dec applicants and jan-march applicants. it leads me to believe perhaps the applications are "batched", and something has shifted in the way the applications are handled. it could of course go up again, or remain consistent. unfortunatley, it's not possible to predict!

it is CRAZY to watch people fly through from this year though!!!

we requested notes so we'll see whats up next week! :)

5-6 months sounds unreal. I would be SO happy if my wife could land after 6 ish months!

Just stay put Kittyandpipit, Usually if you provide all documentation like the pictures, trip bookings, gifts, chat logs, phone bills, insurance, lease agreements, bank/credit card statements, FBI check the application gets processed much faster

Hi everyone!
Can anyone help me how to flagpole? I'm currently in Canada, do I have to exit to the closest border and make a u turn and just tell them I need to have my passport stamped for PR?
Thanks

I did all those things! its not even the timeline, I just wish there was some communication or an update on the status...my fear is they requested something and we didn't receive anything from them....but near the end!!! :)

drive to the us border, tell them you need to flagpole and land in canada. they will hand you a paper. you turn around, then enter canada.
