ECAS changed to Decision Made on September 23! Now more wait...
YAY!!!! Congrats. I'm still waiting too. ANd leaving to go back to the states in 2 weeks. I'm getting worried. :(

when I got PPR they also asked for additional documents to support 1 year common law. Can I email or call to see if that was sufficient? I only got an automated email to my email submission of passport and the supporting docs.

You can ask, but it probably won't generate anything useful since the VO probably hasn't looked at it. At the time the VO looks, if it is sufficient they'll issue the COPR. If it isn't, you'll hear from them again. But until then nobody will have looked at it.

The guy who does the e-cas tracker mentioned (on a different forum) that CIC had contacted him asking questions about his service. It seems they are considering adding an e-mail notification system to e-cas... so you (or future people) won't need to monitor it all the time.

I leave ecas open in the background and use an Auto Refresh add-on for Firefox. I have it update every so often so that I don't have to keep going through the login process over and over. I just minimize the tab and then a few times a day I open it up and check on it.

So if someone could update the spreadsheet that would be great! :P

I got my COPR yesterday (September 27th)! I actually got COPR without a PPR! :P

FINALLY ITS GONNA BE OVER!

...now to figure out all the form stuff for landing.. oh boy. Will be landing December 3rd though because we're going down to the states again mid-November for a few weeks and figure it'd be best to do the landing then when I can go make an itemized goods to follow thing.

I have ECAS checker app on my android phone. Honestly it was best, put the information one time and then its the matter of just one tap on the phone.

For those still awaiting COPR after DM and PPR, I wanted to let you know that I emailed Ottawa and asked them about where my COPR will be sent and if it had been sent yet. I had explained that my attorney's office (the address I have on file is my attorney's address and that office is currently CLOSED for renovations) was my current mailing address and that I wanted it sent to my US address if possible due to the closure. I just heard back from Ottawa and their response was as follows:

Hello,

Your application is still in queue for the COPR to be printed. I have changed the primary address on file to reflect your US address below.

(MY US MAILING ADDRESS HERE)

Kind Regards,

So, for anyone around my timeframe you should know that you are probably queued for printing COPR. I wish I knew how long it would take but hopefully SOON and maybe it will be in the US when I get there next weekend. Fingers crossed anyway!!

Good to know that theres no problems with your COPR at least. The queue is probably pretty long though. I find that it usually takes two or three weeks to get anything from Canada to the US via the postal service, so even if they printed one today, it would probably be at least two weeks. Thanks for following up for us. I emailed them last week about a question with my PPR. Still awaiting a response.

I am hoping it prints soon, it has been since September 13-16 range that I got DM so really hoping it will be SOON. If not I can always go back in a few weeks to pick it up (6 1/2 hours drive to my parents address from where I am in Canada). I know I feel much better knowing that I have this email from CIC because I have been staying in Canada since late July and I don't want problems crossing back into Canada after Thanksgiving weekend. If I can show proof that my COPR is in queue I shouldn't have a problem getting back into Canada for a few weeks until I can pick it up. Worst case, I will have my mom overnight it to me here and we can drive down on a weekend and flagpole land. I am not going to worry so much now. I hope everyone else gets speedy COPR!!

I hope you hear back from them soon. I got a pretty fast response but it may be because it was pertaining to an address change that they responded promptly.

Thanks, me too. Since I haven't received a change to DM on my ecas, I have no way of knowing whether they have already put me in the queue, or if I haven't even gotten to that stage yet. I have to leave by early November at the latest in order to stay under six months. The hard part is that back home work is hard to find, and decent rent even harder. So I'm really hoping mine comes through before then so I can flagpole.
