Mimosas it is! ;-)

hahaha As someone with at least moderate training in bar tending and mixology, I can't possibly bring myself to drink those anymore.

Sheesh, some people are SO picky. Ok, fine... then it'll just have to be that truly Canadian breakfast drink - the Caesar!

Congratulations - I'm impressed they could get you in so quickly. Did they give you an 8 am appointment? I'm used to seeing people queue outside the door from 7:30 am or so waiting for the doors to open at 8:00 am.

This must still feel a bit like a dream - to just have the COPR show up in the mail last week and land inland this week... LOL

Went to get the mail today, hmm what's in here????? Bill, nother bill, hubbys payslip, letter from CIC, junk ma.......................... WAIT WHAT - a brown envelope from CIC???!!!!!!!!!! Holy chit.

With trembling hands i'm opening it (stood in the middle of the gravel road lol) saying out loud "no way - no effing way, come on please be it please be it"

Annnnnnnnnd ............................ it was my extension of my visitor record - given until August of this year.

Boo. (Well not really boo as thats good - but boo not my ppr / copr / anything to do with pr!)

Actually made me feel a bit down because if ppr were anywhere close then surely they would have forgone the visitor extension????

At least I got an email back from Ottawa this morning saying they have received the med results they asked me to redo, which is something right ;)

Two cups of coffee and it feels like I'm having a heart attack! My husband drinks a coffee worth 500 calories a pop. And yes, he's itty bitty skinny.

How can we send a bit of coffee to CPP-Ottawa? They've been pretty quiet this week, and need to be jolted awake so they can finish the rest of the summer and move on to September!

It might not be a very quiet week ... for upcoming PPRs there's only 4 people on the spreadsheet for September, so we're not going to hear very much news as they cover the September apps :(.

I hope we see a shower of CoPRs for all the people waiting on them though.

It took a little less than a week to get to me but I live in Vancouver. I would say anywhere between a week and two weeks is a reasonable guess.
