My medical should expire beginning of September. And I am due to give birth august 31st. You think they will request a new medical exam?

My friend is pregnant too and she is giving birth next week ... they emailed her today to re do the medicals coz they expired on june .

A copy of my passport
An updated police certifcate
My status showed in process the next day they sent asking for additional documents ( may 2) and i just checked it is still in process .

They asked for an updated police certificate and more prove of our relationship. But my status never changed. Still says application received. Ekhh

my friend got her visa and her status still application received. i dont rely on the ecas too much there not always accurate .

Congrats on getting PPR. Did they really ask for your original passport to stamp? US applicants usually need only to send a scanned copy by email or a photocopy by mail.

chala my application was processed at cpp ottawa then transferred to beirut and we are not among the exempt countries thats why they need the passport not a copy of it.

Sometimes they ask for a re-med, sometimes they can extend your old one for up to 12 months. Vienna extended my medical for 6 weeks
