cpc-ottawa no automatic message

Hi guys,

Have any one experienced this issue recently? I have sent cpc-Ottawa an email and didn't get the automatic confirmation message they used to send. Now, I don't know if they received my email or not and it is really important. I also tried re-sending it but got nothing again.
