Yesterday my ECAS changed to "Application Received" callerd IRCC and says my application was transferred to Manila Visa Office.

Is the PA from Philippines? In that case, I’m pretty sure you’ll get the PPR very soon

Yes PA is from the Philippines. How do you think its PPR? It should be DM instead of "Application Received" isn't it? Though.... our medical is expired since Nov 2020.

No its not PPR..I guess she means that now your file has been received by Manila VO as indicated by “application received”. Soon it will change to “in process” meaning they are working on your file..which will eventually lead to decision made and issue of PPR.
all it means is you are now one step closer

As Super27 said ! I mean, you’ll get PPR soon.. because the local visa office of the PA usually send the PPR.. So your process shouldn’t be long (Fingers crossed). Also, sometimes, they put on the GCMS notes if they extended the medical.. or are going to ask you for a new one. If it’s extended, not everybody sees it on GCkey because they don’t update it right away. I wish you’ll be done with this process soon!!

I thought the same bec so far there's no negative notes on my gcms from last January, but since my medical is expired since November 2020 maybe it will be the local VO who's going to issue the medical request.

I actually forgot to mentioned that the Feb 2020 applicant that got the DM last week got her files transferred from CPC-M to Manila VO, PA is from the Philippines.

I was expecting a re-medical request.
I called IRCC today, the agent mentioned my medical has already extended. Below is my timeline.

App received - Oct 2019

Medical Req - Dec 2019

I think so.. Mine is passed and GCKey still say in process.. IRCC is really slow to update things online
