Hello All - Can a Canadian PR with 2 shots of Covaxin travel from India to Canada?
This link says "fully vaccinated travellers have uploaded their information into the ArriveCAN mobile app or website. Travellers who are unable to meet these requirements will be denied boarding"

Covaxin does not qualify as "fully vaccinated" and it would be too much of a hassle to be denied boarding.
Please advise. Not sure if this is the right spot to post this thread but I couldn't find any other spot specific to this query.
