Couple Visitor visa rejected, should i reapply immediately with explanation??

Have you applied for express entry, study permit or WP before? Is the funds in a personal or business account? Have you travelled internationally before especially to countries like US, UK, Australia, etc.? What types of functions were you invited to? If you have functions every 6 months they may not be Mimi entire occasions. Things like birthdays, wedding anniversaries except big anniversary like 50th anniversary where there may be large functions are not generally reasons to travel all the way to Canada.

Nope, never applied for any visa before.
Funds are in personal account & sallary account.
Not had any big international travel.

Absolutely not .. I have a well established buisness in India & wife is a govt employee

It is a fair question because you asked on August 1 about getting a work permit while on a TRV & past posts show intent to immigrate through PNP. Having jobs & a business doesn’t mean you haven’t wanted to immigrate. When you plan to reapply you need strong reasons to travel. A friend’s birthday or reunion is not a strong reason.

That was just a interaction with post , as you are replying but i m sure u r not in same boat with me .. refusal visitor visa

And if the permanent govt govt and owned buisness is not strong ties then how can we establish that link

Before reapplying, try to travel to the UK or the USA and maybe Australia. That way you can strengthen your profile.

I think since you apply to join a function that's already over, there is no reason to approve a visitor visa for that purpose.

What is the reason of travel this time?

They can’t and shouldn’t do that. They’ve previously said if your travel dates have passed due to our backlog, we will continue to process applications. This would be absurd.. people can’t plan functions and such events 6 months to 1 year in advance just for our prestige IRCC turtles.
