approved sp and got visa stap on the passport last october 4 and all my dependent got apptoved too,we booked last 17 Dec. and went to airport but they not allow me as SP the main applicant but they ask me your 3 dependent can travel, since we are family we decided to not go, we try to talk and asked them why they only answered us your visa is inactive need to call on embassy, we back home, try to seek and find wwhat happened, i accidentally i opened my GCkey and i found out that my counterfoil is invalid documents, i try to figure it out who has same issue as mine but most of them are madical but for me everything is new just took last Aug. 3021 and it take one year validity, any ssme issue facing same as mine please need your help.

So you have a valid medical? You can raise webform and ask. Has anything changed in your file?

Sir any idea how long it take to process again this issue due to we are in the midfle of the sea as of now our visa here in kuwait are expired and everything now we give up even our our jobs.

What does this have to do with invalid counterfoil? Ask under international students.

Can’t tell you. Does your file give any indication why it is invalid? You need to find out from IRCC and the embassy why your permit is invalid and then get it reinstated. Will take time…some people wait months. You are on a ship in the middle of the sea?

sir how about i missed the mail from IRCC that my visa was invalid due to pending verification outcome, but no mention that we need to provide any documents , are there still reviewing my file? still have change to travel to canada?

Can’t comment if you missed mail. You need to raise webform or contact IRCC or even CBSA to find out the reason. Is your TRV still valid (what is the date)? When does your program start? What school and program? You can order GCMS notes to find out what is in your file.
