Counterfoil invalid

Hi
I got ppr on 8 march 2021 and medical expired on 10 march. My visa was approved on 15 March.
My university is also on the DLI list but recently on 16 april , my counterfoil is updated to invalid. What’s the issue ? Who should i contact? Should i take the risk of travel or not?

Did you start attending your school in January 2021? Yu can't travel if your counterfoil is invalid. You need to contact IRCC.

Hi, the same thing happened with me, I did contact IRCC but they really don't have much of an idea. Did your issue get resolved?

Anyone resolved the issue? Mostly they blocked all the permits on April 15 and April 16th from India ... Changed status to invalid.

Hi everyone.

My parents applied for a visitor visa and got PPR a month ago. They sent the passports to for visa stamping. Today, I received notifications on both applications.

My dad's says:
Document: Conterfoil.
Status: Your document is valid.
Status Updated Date 2022/04/04

But my mom's says:

Document: Conterfoil.
Status: Your document is invalid.
Status Updated Date 2022/04/04

Document: Conterfoil.
Status: Your document is valid.
Status Updated Date 2022/04/05

Any idea of what this means?
