Hi guys, my wife and her daugther were requested to submit their passport and photos as part of the family sponsorship process. They were told by VAC assistant that my wife should pay a courier fee plus an additional for package transmission. My daughter, who gave her biometrics for this process was exempted to pay the package transmission fee. My wife had already given her biometrics for a previous process and she was requested to pay for package transmission to Mexico. It means that people who gave their biometrics in the same process do not pay transmission fees?
