I got refual but have reapplied again

I applied back in February.
Got a correspondence letter on 30th July.
No further communications yet.
When I applied the Visitor visa the correspondence letter and passport request emails were back to back (4 mins gap).
Now I am not getting a decision yet in case of Work permit.
Waiting for a result, will inform when I get my result.

But 1 week passed, still no response.
