I opened my ECAS every other day and I found this for three month.

1."We sent you correspondence on june 6, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required".( for faimly registration certificate which I submitted on june 25)

And again I received this:

2."We sent you correspondence on july 19, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required".(for background check which I submitted on july 30)

I submitted both the documents through IRCC web form or by registered post FEDEX on time.. and it's been almost 3 months gone. But when I open my ECAS this point no. 1, 2 still showed on my online account, but they didn't update it yet whether they received my documents or not.

On September,26 2018 my husband got an email that my application has sent to London visa office. But there is nothing written regarding this on my online application status check (ECAS).
My husband sponsering me.

Anyone would explain to me what they mean by this, does it affect my application routine process or not please help. Has IRCC recieved my documents but they didnot update it yet or should i need to call them.. help me i am worried about whether they got my documents or not.

They don't update that on ECAS - as far as I know, ECAS will only show medicals received. Everything else just stays on the notice of correspondence. I sent my PCC seven months ago and ECAS is still just showing that they sent correspondence, but in the actual GCkey or Sign-In Partner account it'll show that it was submitted or read or whatnot (I don't really check that often so don't know off the top of my head).

Plus if you were late submitting something, they would send you correspondence again asking for you to send it and you'd get a final warning for it too.

It's normal, don't worry.
