When you’re talking about no copr do you mean you haven’t got the message titled “information letter” that says “congratulations you are now a permanent resident of Canada” or do you have that?

Yes, I have not got that message yet, even though my application was approved in online account with COPR document number on January 23.

@legalfalcon would you please explain why some people get last stage passed, final approval and COPR all at the same time while some applicants, myself included, are waiting for final approval and/or COPR for long time?

currently IRCC is placing many applications on hold , specially for outland applicants. They have all the stages passed, but the final review and PPR is pending.

IF you are an inland applicants, then no one has worked on your application.
