Finally received an email for the confirmation portal from Etobicoke IRCC. AOR- June 21

My friend with AOR June just got his final approval on Jan 07 in the CIC account but no COPR pdf.

I think most PNP files are assigned to Sydney and they have severe backlog, so files are sitting untouched for months

Yeah all my friend have same scenario, one of my friend just received COPR through PR portal.His AOR 18Feb /

Yes, My first visa office was in Edmonton then I moved to Toronto. So I am not sure which one is. I got the email from the Etobicoke office

Nothing is changed in my online account. All information in the email was correct.
