I'm staying now in Canada during the COVID pandemic. My visa has expired 2 months ago but Canadian government allows me to stay 3 months more. I'm very thankful for it because I can still work and earn some money during this pandemic. And be careful, take disinfectants with you because at the beginning of pandemic was difficult to find hand sanitizer for sale and I ordered online from https://arcreef.com/ and the quality is very good. Actually, all expensive sanitizers are good.

As per the tweet of Hardeep Singh puri and few news articles it is said that AI tickets are fairly priced as comapred to other airlines. Furthermore they have to fly empty planes over long distances and then cost of maintenance and everything hence the prices.I'm not sure why Air India is charging such high fees when many other international carriers are charging less than 1 lakh
I have seen Lufthansa charge 90k for mumbai to Toronto back in mid June.
I don't know why AI would price it so expensive.
Just saw the news that Maharashtra has gone back into lockdown I hope that doesn’t impact travel
Yeah they have extended the lockdown but the relaxation which were laid down on 31st May and 4th June are still in place as per the news. Let's hope we can travel by mid August atleast
Yes I have already quit my job and living with my parents. Grateful and lucky to have a roof to sleep under and food to eat during this lockdown. I was suppose to leave in April if not for the travel ban. It is definitely frustrating with this unexpected wait. All other countries seem to have allowed international travel except India and they're also charging exuberant rates in their VBM flights
