You cannot convert a study permit to a work permit. What is a child care family visa? What province? Do you have an approved LMIA?

Guess you are talking about HCCP. Technically it's possible but you don't convert anything. You apply under HCCP, work permit or direct to PR route and go from there. But why spend money on study permit and pay tuition when clearly your intent is not to study, just apply under the correct program.
