I have initial experience with gaps as mentioned below
Worked on contract basis as an assistant professor from
15 july2012 to 15 March 2013(8m)
15july 2014 to 15 march 2015(8m)
15 July2015 to 15 March 2016(8m)
15 July 2016 to 31March2017(8.5m)
Regular from 1May 2018 to 30Nov 2019(19 months)
Kindly answer me someone what would be my accumulated experience. Does my contract based experience elligible as contract word is mentioned in the experience letter. Please reply .

Experience should add up, even if contract is written there. Every job is based on a contract BTW. You work for them, they pay you.
You have 19 month's continuous experience, that will make you eligible for Express Entry. Rest of the months will be added up.
